What if the world is not round,

and the universe does not exist?

what if the only things that exist are you, me, and this
flat earth?

 

What if the light that shines on days is
called moon

and the sun comes out at night,

with sprinkles of rays surrounding our dark ceiling?

 

What if things fall upwards, and spiral
around in random directions?

What if people don’t have spirits,

and when they die, that’s the end of their whole existence?

 

What if my feelings for you are true, so
pure and real

not expecting anything in return, but just so thankful for
every second

that I was given to be spent with you?
